Chief Client Officer
Awele is the Chief Client Officer, Primera Mfbank. She is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall business marketing strategy in line with the Banks corporate goals.
As the Chief Client Officer, Awele is also responsible for determining and periodically tracking KPI’s for the Business Development team. She is responsible for designing and ensuring implementation of the Banks marketing strategy.
With over 17 years of banking experience, Awele has vast knowledge and multifaceted skills spanning marketing, relationship management, banking operations and excellent customer service delivery. She holds a B.Sc degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Prior to joining Primera Mfbank, Awele worked at GTBank Plc for 11 years with her last position as the Head, Transaction Services Unit after working as Head of Operations. She was responsible for supervising, coordinating, training and monitoring operational activities.
Awele has attended development courses in the areas of Building High-Performance Teams, Management Fundamentals, Coaching Emotionally Intelligent Teams, Legal skills for Banking, Total Quality Management, Anti-Money Laundering Trainings, and Business Ethics for Supervisors amongst others.
She enjoys reading fiction novels and watching food and travel documentaries.
